Sunnydaze Tabletop Water Fountain - 15-Inch 6-Tier Relaxing Indoor Desktop Water Fountain with LED Lights - Office, Bedroom, Living Room

Despite the mixed reviews on this product, I ordered it and am so glad I did. It arrived with a gash in the box, but the item itself was well insulated and didn't have any damage. The water flows beautifully - the lights are delightful - and the pump is quieter than expected - you can definately hear the bubbling waterfall over the pump hum. The pump did seem a little louder for the first 24 hours, but it seemed to quiet down a bit after that (or I just got used to it and am now able to focus on the sound of the water flowing over it)! Becareful not to overfill it though. I filled it to the max line when I first got it and it ran beautifully for a week - no spills, no splashes. However, the water did appear a little low so I added water to it, but apparently I added too much and for the next 2 days it splashed and leaked a little, but once the water level went back to "normal" it's been fine since. I am usuing it in a busy grooming salon to help occupy the focus of some nervous clients that sit and wait for their pet to be groomed. It is very calming and helps add a sense of tranquility to the shop. Kids find it pleasing to look at too! I even added a few drops of aromatherapy to the water to add another layer of relaxation through scent to aide our most anxious (human) clients! I would HIGHLY recommend this tabletop waterfall.

This is a two part review. 1. The product is looks and performs as expected. The water sound creates a peaceful atmosphere in my home office. I would recommend this product to family and friends. 2. Customer service was responsive and helpful. They cared about resolving my power adapter issue. I purchased the product in 2022 and the power adapter malfunctioned in later ‘24 early ‘25.

Really enjoying this pretty fountain. Other reviewers found the pump to be loud, but ours is very quiet. The sound of the water falling is more noticeable than the sound of the pump, which is just a very low level of "white noise". We had one issue, but fixed it with some trial and error. The directions say to set the pump at maximum volume, which I did. However over the course of a day the unit leaked out much of its water. Upon close inspection I could see that it was losing water from the bottom pool due to some excess overflow at one low spot in the rim. We thought about building up the rim there, but couldn't think of an aesthetic way to do it. So I pulled the pump and experimented with flow levels. The lower setting was too low, and made the water barely trickle through the pools. But the medium setting was just right, creates a good waterfall but doesn't allow excess water to build up in the bottom pool. Whenever it starts to "whisper" a little, indicating low water levels, I just pour a cup or two of water in and it's been working fine.

This is my second Sunnydaze fountain, I had the "Sunnydaze 5-Stream Rock Cavern" for a couple years and it worked just fine. It is outside so it started to slowly get covered in hard water spots and what not. It was a little bit smaller, but the fountain made far more water noise than this slightly larger and more expensive one. Sadly I was stupid and painted this fountain before trying it, and now I'm stuck with it. The original color is very red in person, I'm not sure why anyone would paint rocks red? So I painted the rocks gray and it looks better. If you want a small table top fountain I'd definitely suggest the one I mentioned in my first sentence. It will give you more water sound, but will still have some of the same problems any fountain will have spitting up and throwing water occasionally. As others mentioned, the motor is far more noticeable on this one than my previous. The sound of the water is so low that you can really only hear it when you are sitting next to it unfortunately. I will say this fountain holds more water than the other, so I don't have to fill it nearly as often. Even outside. I'm sure during summer it will get more frequent, but I'm used to it. I use these outside with a shut-off timer, so I'm not worried about leaking, but I'm used to these little fountains 'spitting up water' from time to time, so I would never suggest using these inside. The one thing I will say is that the company does have excellent customer service, which has become a rarity these days.

An excellent heighth, is prominent on any table! The water trickles down each pool of water and makes just the right amount of sound like a small water fall. The lights are beautiful even during the daytime. Love it!

Please read before buying: some of these may work fine but some are certainly defective. IT’S NOT WORTH THE RISK! The motor is quiet, the water noise is great but this is a hazard. I read all of the reviews and made sure the water was at the proper level-not too high or it will leak and not too low or the motor will be loud. I tested it and made sure it appeared to be working for a bit. I then let it run overnight. Yes, my mistake but that was why I bought it to help sleep. I woke up to a pool of water all over my dresser, into my other electronics and onto the carpet below. If I didn’t catch it when it did, the pool of water would’ve hit the outlets which very likely would’ve caused a fire or electrocuted me when I tried to unplug it. This thing is dangerous. If you’re thinking-oh she just didn’t do it right, I know I will-I read all of the reviews, the instructions, and slowly filled it one bathroom size cup of water at a time to make sure it was perfect. ITS NOT WORTH THE RISK of not getting it perfect or receiving a defective one. This is a safety hazard and should be removed from the site.

I was a little skeptical, after deciding I wanted a water fountain for some calming noise, I researched different fountains for almost three hours. No joke. I begrudgingly bought this one as it was the best one I could find, but I still wasn’t excited about it. It’s AMAZING. A little bigger than a I thought, the pump is COMPLETELY silent, and the lights I didn’t want that you can’t turn off make it significantly better. I’m in love with this fountain
