Not much to get excited about but yes, they are inner-tubes and so far, they seem to be of good quality. The last ones I ordered had extra-long stems (which seems pointless?) - these have a normal length stem and fit without any issues, I also like the fact that they have the not which prevents them pushing inside the tyre when being inflated from flat as well as keeping them in the right position :)

I can always use aluminum valve tubes. The plastic valve tube break on you when using a frame pump to inflate them. Nothing worse than a new tube failing you on a bike ride

Fast delivery and fantastic quality. Exactly as I expected. Easy to change and repair with blister patches. For my bike riding, I only want the best quality and so I had these last time, however a few punctures later, I needed some more. The rubber on these are far better than lesser quality ones which you get in general repair kits or from diy stores. I fully trust this brand and would highly recommend these.
