The product is well made and just right for 18 to 24 inch dolls.

I have read many of the negative reviews in trying to make a decision on if I should buy this set. I have bought several other food sets from Sophia's and have always been pretty happy. The only dig I have in regards to any of the sets is they send you silly paper napkins instead of springing for some fabric. To be fair, American Girls does the very same thing and they charge a ton more. In regards to the size being small, it's not. In fact, it is at least an inch taller than the orange juice pitcher AG includes in their breakfast set. I think this one is much more appropriately sized for the 18 inch dolls. The very visible seam that runs down the front of the pitcher is EXACTLY like the one that runs down the front of the AG orange juice pitcher. I would suspect they are made in the very same factory. The lemonade glasses are adorable and the same height as the AG milk glasses from the crock pot set. Realism and quality are at the top of my list when considering a purchase. I want to feel my purchases are an investment that will last. I have purchased a good number of AG and Sophia's products and I think they are both great. In fact, I would have to give the nod to Sophia's in almost all comparisons. Now if they would start selling entrées and vegetables so the dolls aren't forced to eat sweets so often, our family would be really really happy. Buy this set - you will love it!

My granddaughters love to have a tea/birthday party with their 18 inch dolls using this set. They even use the cupcakes and petite cakes as food for their doll’s lunchbox when it’s time for school. So wonderful for imaginative play. Sturdy plastic seems to hold up well so far.
