Perfect
Before buying, I read all the reviews. Some good, some not so good and I was skeptical that something this inexpensive could fill my requirements. I am 6 foot 1 inches and 250 pounds. I have now had them for a week and use them for a few minutes about 5 times a day. Enough time to do a couple of sets of knee raises. Small steps... For me, the length is perfect (true they are not adjustable) and are very comfortable for hanging 250 pounds on your triceps. Very strong and well manufactured. Don't know why all the bad reviews. Take it all with a grain of salt. I'm very pleased!

Excelente , de material resistente solamente los mosquetones en lo personal se me hicieron muy livianos pero fuera de eso muy cómodo al hacer los ejercicios .
