I never traveled with a cat before. We went on a trip for 1st time in 2 yrs. and we drove, my cat is older and couldn't get shots and bad vet would not write a letter to board him. So, we took him with us. He was amazing in the car, this travel litter box folds so nice and small and flat! We stopped and put a litter bag in it, and he went right in! I suppose most cats should do just fine with this. You do not want to keep litter in it and zip it though? I think it said you could. I didn't take a chance. We just put in a bag when needed and then took it out. Other than that, he was in his big carrier with a blankey ! At the place we stayed it worked great like his big litter box and it was really big too! We got the large size.

Bought this for a road trip and a week with family and it was perfect for the job. I have two medium-sized cats and they shared it for the week and had no issues. Cleanup and storage were a snap, so it's ready for the next trip!

I've been traveling with my cat for 3 months now, using this litter box the whole time. I love how it collapses and has a waterproof interior. The scoop is small, which is perfect for frequent travel, small spaces, and plane travel. I believe for 95%+ of use cases, this litter box is perfect. However, if you're traveling long term (3+ months) and plan to use this as your primary litter box, be aware of one thing - frequent clawing at the litter box will puncture small holes that make it virtually impossible to clean. I just bought a replacement, but trimmed my cat's nails before setting it up for use. I've had a hard time finding a portable scratching post my cat likes, but if I keep his nails trimmed I anticipate the replacement will last much longer. Also pro tip - it's probably way cheaper to buy litter at your destination than it is to pay the baggage fee to bring it with you. Even in tiny towns with virtually no pet products you can usually get food and litter.

A 1000 mile road trip with 2 cats was scary for sure! This cat box saved the day. It cleans up easy and fit perfectly on the floorboard. Yes, you can zip it closed and carry it into the hotel/house (it’s heavy just like litter) and once cleaned it folds up and packs away. Worth every penny! My older cat is 20 lbs and it was very roomy, even for him!!! Also, you can put XL cat pan liners in it, but the pan itself has its own lining.

We used this for a three day road trip with our cat, and it was perfect. It is super convenient and very portable. The zippered top is secure and keeps the little in place during transport.

It works fine, until you have to clean it in order to pack it up. I used it one night in a hotel and was able to wipe it down well enough to repack it for the next hotel. Then I used it for 9 nights, and despite keeping up with scooping, it was just too hard to clean and I threw it away. You figure you need to keep it out until the last minute, and you can’t soak the whole thing and then hurry up and pack it. It just didn’t work for my intended use.

I just drove from Portland Maine to Anchorage Alaska with my cat. She had never traveled before but I was hoping with her dedicated use of the litter box that this would work for her. Between the trip from point A to point B we stayed in 6 hotels, and an airport. This box was ABSOLUTELY amazing and perfect. It folds up for easy storage and small spaces, but once opened it’s just the right size for my full grown, 8lb cat. Water proof on the inside, it wiped clean when I had to clean it. The little scooper that came with it was also nice! Will never travel without it

We just had a major move and this was a wonderful product to have. It was super portable, easy to set up, and easy to keep scooped. All of our cats used it just fine even the biggest one (though I did get the biggest size). My biggest critique is that the lining is fabric and not plastic. You can't just wipe it out and even when I purchased the largest pet litter bags they don't fit meaning I couldn't protect the lining either. I wish this was made with a durable lining that was not fabric. So if you are getting this for a one-time deal then it's perfect but I'm not sure I would recommend keeping it to use for another trip. Might be better to just get another one.

Great for on the go or travelling with you cat , very flexible and easy to use, a bit hard to fold back down to how it came but no biggy, also I find you need a decent amount of litter and if you cat likes to pee really close to the edges of the box I would recommend cause they will pee right one the edge hahaha but other wise great

I just received the product and before opening it, i can read on the sticker "Warning : Cancer and reproductive harm". I can't believe that, asking for a refund right away.
