Easy to grip, even when wet. Easy to clean. Stays stiff enough to work the mortar into the joints yet still flexible enough. Worked well for rebuilding a few fireboxes. Good value.

I had one of these for years. It was my favorite tuck pointer, I used it for absolutely everything. Even fished it out of the bottom of a column with fishing line and a stupid magnet one time. Then one day while trying to remove cardboard from against a wall it snapped 😩😭 I had been looking for the exact one to replace it ever since and finally found it!

Marshalltown has always shown great durability and design. Honestly not much else can be said about this tool aside from being well made, good balance and works as expected. Price is a bit better than options at the local big box store and works as expected
