Worth it!
I almost didn't buy this because of all the horrible reviews about the pieces falling apart. There's about four of these bullet belts on Amazon that seem to be nearly identical; I chose this one because it had the least amount of crappy reviews, and I'm glad I did.I had no issues with the bullets separating. As shown in the photo, each bullet is linked together by dual rings. You can slide out the bullets to break the chain, which is super handy if you want to make the belt shorter. The bullets fit very snugly in their rings; I can't imagine one slipping out and inadvertently causing the chain to separate. Other reviewers mention using super glue to hold everything together; I did not find that to be necessary for my bullet belt.Overall, the belt looks good, not cheap. I modified it for my costume as Dolores from Westworld. In the show, her bullets look more like shotgun shells, so I cut the tip off these bullets. It is soft plastic and cut easily. I also laid the bullet belt over a regular leather belt to make it look more authentic. I attached the two by looping thread around the leather belt and the bullet belt at various points along its length and this held up very well all night. So, five stars, worked perfectly for my needs, had no issues, absolutely worth the price, not a piece of junk.

Great Product, Don't Hesitate
I read some other reviews about this product that claimed it was WAY too flimsy and fell apart at the slightest touch. I did NOT find this to be true. I'm using it as part of a Halloween costume. I took the advice of other reviewers, and took it apart and painted each bullet with a brass spray paint.the pieces that make up the belt are the parts that other reviewers are talking about when they says that its flimsy. They are held together with 2 very small plastic straps, that, admittedly, would break if handled roughly or yanked on. I was planning on hot-gluing a nylon strap to the back of the belt for increased strength, but once I put this accessory on, it will not be handled roughly,so I don't think it's necessary. So, after the brass paint job, it looks great, and I'm very happy with it.

Looks great with some gold spray paint!
With some metallic gold spray paint, the bullets look great! I used Krylon's 18KT Gold paint in the attached picture. The tops of the bullets are wider than the holders, so there's no danger in them falling out. Some of the bullets have a bit of a bumpy texture to them and periodically they have words written on the side with the place/date of manufacture. But I didn't notice either of those things until I started taking them out to paint them, so I don't think anyone looking at my costume will notice either. And these casts are much better than my previous attempts at casting so I can't complain haha. I'm using these for my Jinx cosplay, and with some new paint I would definitely recommend them for any costume that needs them :) Very solid <$10 purchase.
