Q: On the fine prints what does it says about the voltage input range? like 100-240 V ?

Input 110v / 220v AC 50/60 Hz , selectable by switch on reverse side of device. Current 500 ma max

Q: Can someone list all of the adapter ends on this product? I'm specifically looking for a 9V battery replacement. The picture is quite poor.

Sorry not to be able to list all of the adapter ends, do know that one of them suits the Sony Walkman which is a favoured companion here. Have to tell you this items caused me no end of trouble as the voltage settings, when using a digital volt-meter of repute, displayed on the casing seemed to be 'all over the place'; haven't, after quite a few months, been able to use it altho' may well be able to canibalise it. (was a project architect for Local Govt. for many years, and so was reqd. to handle electrics in designing and supervising construction.) Have generally found too many electrical items of Chinese manufacture with soldering faults/dry or otherwise, so advise you call on an informed and practical friend.

Q: On the round plug is the (+) positive in the center, and the (-) outside around the center (O) ?

Depends upon the position of the polarity switch. In one switch position, the adapter is positive-center (+)-. In the other switch position, the adapter is negative-center (-)+.
