We use it to make smoothies and the consistency is smooth and creamy. It's like tofu in that it takes on the flavors of the ingredients that you add such as berries, peanut butter, etc.

I use it with almond milk. It tastes pretty awful unless I add good fruit. I usually add frozen cherries and it tastes AMAZING with it. Goes well with bananas, kiwi, blue berries etc.

It tasted horrible. I’m used to horrible tasting stuff but this one was really bad. It blended ok, not great. Do not try to drink it with water (which is how I like to drink everything), you might throw up.
