Depending on your application, the air side dissipation can't keep up with the water side. Make sure you're aware of how Peltier devices work and the impact of thermal impedance and mass. My application was a water chiller, but effectively the thermal mass of the water was too high for the little heataink so it just turned into a space heater. It might work better as an air chiller.

420, Hydro growers here I have a 1xpeltier chip module going right now to chil my 85L of hydro water down to 16C. Let me tell you, these peltiers really do cool water down, but it's better to have it on a closed loop system and going through a wort chiller suspended in your resevoir. This way the heat reansfer is radiant instead of just dumping the chilled water back in to the warmer water. I ordered this unit 5 days ago and it arrived. It looks really really well made, the ONLY complaint i have anout it would be that the FANS on the heatsink look to be rather UNDERPOWERED. I will have to try it out and see for sure, but thats just based on speculation alone so who knows.

12vdc at 24A is a very difficult setup. To reach near 24Amps you will need a power supply that let you increase voltage and current from 12vdc 17A to 15vdc 24A. On the other hand, you can do this trick... In case you don't have a fancy power supply , try setting the peltiers in series " not parallel".. what you achieve by connecting in series is less current, less stress on your power supply. But keep in mind the peltiers will not run at full capacity but they will cool the heatsick just fine. The most difficult about this unit is finding an insulated box that fit the frame of the heatsink. Work best if you have a water pc cooling system radiator and pump and add antifreeze instead of just water. I am modifying the heatsink so it works in conjunction with a water block to chill water. My goal is to make a hybrid cooling air system - one that cools air using cold water. Can be easily connected to a 10A solar panel using a voltage regulator or a 12vdc 25A RC Motor Speed controller so you don't burn the peltier from Open Current from the solar cell.

if your intention its for cooling forget about this set up, the heatsink its way to small and the fans don't do anything so the heat its way to high to the block if you buy keep on mind you will need a big heatsink like 200mmx150mmx36mm with a 120mm, 4400rpm fan blowing to the heat sink this way you will get some good cooling.
