I have a 40 year old used leather jacket I wear on rainy days. The big buttons came off and I haven't tried to find a tailor to fix them. One of the four buttons is still on the jacket, so I decided to just get some velcro for the rest of it. Is it perfect and stay shut completely? No, but that's fine with me. It holds the jacket somewhat closed. But, does the velcro come off having been beat on by rain and wind for now over a year? Nope. Its on there permanent. So, result: not the strongest velcro when it comes to holding things together, but if you want all weather velcro I have no complaints.

Great Velcro so far! My optical port door flap and spring broke on my LG OLED55C6 TV so the optical cable wouldn't stay in if the TV moved. I called a repair shop, and they said they'd have to take it in and see what needed to be done with possibly replacing the whole logic board. The port still worked fine, just needed to get the cable to always stay in. I then tried taping it up with packing tape, and mounting 2 sided tape which both failed. I asked on a forum if they had any suggestions on what else to try and one suggested Velcro! Why didn't I think of it (haha)? I then went onto Amazon to look for Velcro to buy and found this. I wanted something strong and thick enough to fill the spacing between the port and TV. I get it the next day (love Prime for that), and try it out. Worked great! Obviously only used it for this one task, but so far when I've moved the TV around (switching some HDMI cables) it's stayed in every time. Super happy with that. Glad I found this Velcro, well worth the price.

I used this on a wall and a canvas painting. I covered my breaker box with a canvas painting and installed it on hinges, but it protruded from the wall noticeable, so we decided to try Velcro meant for hanging picture frames, but the tension from the hinges made that Velcro not strong enough. So we got this one, and it works great. It was easy to cut down the Velcro to the right size for the canvas, and it was super easy to install, and it works excellent. We can swing it open to get the box with no issue at all, I’m very happy with it.

Bought this to put on my bed frame and the other side of my Roku remote so I would stop losing it while I watched shows in bed. Had a hard time sticking and had to buy super glue, which I was mostly disappointed with. But other than that, it’s a reliable product!

If you only need a little (2 strips), this is the ticket... Better than no name knock offs (they let me down..)

The media could not be loaded.  I use these my kayak to hold down bait and tackle boxes and this works fantastically. They are decently waterproof and they're holding up really well so far, it's only been two weeks but it's been working really well. Super easy to use.The second time I ordered this it wouldn't stick. I cleaned the area and pressed the adhesive to it and left it for an hour. When I came back it wasn't sticking well. :(

Once again Velcro comes thru! I use these strips a lot! These particular ones I used in my airstream to hold seat back cushions in place while traveling. (The snaps are tough and they do t hold), but the Velcro does. No substitutions for this product!!!

This was just right for mounting the number plates on my car.

Per chi non lo sapesse il sistema di adesione con uncini e peluria che tutti chiamiamo Velcro fu inventato dal fondatore dell'omonima ditta ormai decenni fa. Ne consegue che ho effettuato l'acquisto di questo prodotto con la speranza di ottenere il meglio di quanto disponibile sul mercato. Dopo varie settimane di utilizzo del nastro, sotto carico, posso dirmi molto soddisfatto.La mia applicazione richiedeva di sospendere sotto una mensola un piccolo apparecchio in metallo del peso di circa un paio di chili. Le due superfici su cui ho applicato il velcro sono alluminio anodizzato (la mensola) e alluminio verniciato ruvido (l'apparecchio). L'adesivo che hanno sul retro le strisce è molto robusto, una volta applicato non c'è stato alcun cedimento. Del lato 'velcro' vero e proprio non posso che tessere ogni lode: tenuta perfetta!
