My toes need to wiggle...something I do throughout the day and the compression is a must. So I' have found these socks meet both needs with my feet issues. After searching and trying different socks I found that these socks have helped to meet my needs. I've even told my doctor about my my search for socks that I could wear with my shoes without cramping up my toes that need to be free because of the pain I'm trying so hard not to deal with daily and even at night time. The other thing to do is to wear shoes with wider toe freedom.

These are perfect support for my ankle, and arches. I am going to purchase a second set.

Support is balanced

My daughter plays basketball and soccer. She wears these to every practice and game. Nice light compression, not difficult to get on, and they are durable. They wash well and she has not rolled her ankle since getting them.

Works very well in stabilizing my foot and ankle.
