Happy little accident
Full disclosure, I purchased this flavor by accident while trying to find the green Cholula sauce, but I’m actually really enjoying it! It tastes a lot like the lime/chamoy/tajin combo that fruit stands offer on fruit cups, so I’ve been mostly adding it to watermelon and other fruits. It has some sweetness to it, so I can see it working on many other dishes as well. It’s not very hot at all, but has a nice balance.

Broken Bottle because Amazon Ships Glass Bottles Together in an Envelope
Why would Amazon possibly ship glass bottles together in an envelope with no cushioning whatsoever? There was actually hot sauce dripping on my porch from the envelope after delivery. The hot sauce is delicious. Too bad it had to be thrown away with large chunks of glass from the broken bottle.
