Blistex Ivarest Anti-Itch Cream, Maximum Strength, Medicated, 2 Oz

Basically, I can just look at poison oak and catch it. Been that way my whole life. When I caught this, I tried the normal creams and itch sprays. They work but only to a point. I usually wake up in the middle of the night and have to reapply and they never fully work. Desperate (and not wanting to run to the doctor for my normal treatment) I did an Amazon search of products and decided to give this a shot. As I had never used this, I was dubious it would work even with all the positive reviews. However, it works great and I slept through the night without itching once. I just ordered 5 more bottles for when I get poison ivy again (which should be next week). Highly, highly recommended.

The cream works amazingly on bug bites. I used the spray version 2 years ago when I got some chiggers 😬, worked really well and was nice for the no touch for such a large area of my legs that were bitten. The cream is great for smaller areas and the occasional bite.

It works to relieve the itching but doesn't last very long.

I feel like I have used every itch cream known to human kind. lol The only one that works for everything is Ivarest. I love Ivarest so much that I keep a tube in my desk at work, my house and my car. As soon as I get an itch whether from an insect or whatever- I reach for the Ivarest. My kids and friends joke that I don’t go anywhere without Ivarest and it’s true. I hate to itch. I say this as a true statement- I have been using this for years.

For itch relief as well as drying up the rash, this product works better than any other over the counter product I’ve tried. Excellent ointment. Worth the money. I couldn’t go through the spring and summer without it.
