I have never built my own couch from pieces in a box. So, I was a little shocked to discover pieces of a couch hidden inside of itself... I instantly thought that only half the product was in the box? And, the box could have easily fit in the back of a truck or SUV with the seats down.> (PROS)> The final product is beautiful, clean, and looks great in any room (IMHO)> It's compact and lightweight (approximately 50lbs / 23 kg)... might be heavier in a wet box> The assembly was simple - just follow the pictorial. Make sure the side arms go on first (talking to myself)> There was no odor to deal with; no particles of foam protection to clean up> The seating height is good for tall people - but no upper back and neck support (oh well)> (CONS/Gripes)> I usually knock off a star for poor Quality Controls (QC). In my case: there were two missing screws - found at LOWES an hour later. The good news: the screws and washers are common (8 X 1.25 mm, 60 long). So, this added $15 USD to the purchase (no foul)> The couch pieces were wrapped perfectly - but the delivery box is slightly better than a wet paper bag (expect something to fall out)Overall: I am surprised at the Comfort and Quality of this couch. I highly recommend this purchase for the budget DIY

I really enjoy this sofa. It’s comfy and has enough space for snuggling. It was fairly easy to assemble and the delivery drivers were very nice.

I'm not sure how people complain about it being too hard to assemble. Its 4 steps. You screw in the feet, slide on each arm rest, and then slide the back piece on. It took less than some coffee tables take to assemble..If you're expecting them to assemble it in your home I wouldn't. I got free assembly but the guys were just normal amazon delivery guys (super friendly) and had a full truck of stuff to deliver at 3PM and it just doesn't seem like a service their equipped for. If its free, go for it, but I wouldn't pay extra for it.I tipped the drivers 20 bucks so they could get some lunch, they lifted the couch (1 heavy box) and another heavy item i ordered. Treat your delivery guys right!

Received sofa a day early, I happen to be home so no problem. It was valentines weekend so we stored the parcel until my spouse and i returned from a holiday. Upon return we assembled and was dismayed it had a rip on the leg. I was contacting amazon for return but they responded with out of stock and i would not be able to return and expect a replacement. I tried again to contact amazon on chat and to no avail... was directed to return page with the same conclusion. Rather than go without a sofa for a period of time I have kept the sofa. I tried to ask for a discount or refund of some amount to compensate but was once again redirected to the return page. If the sofa had been in stock I would have opted for a return.THe color was bluer than expected. I thought a dark grey would be more charcoal in color.THe sofa is firm for seating a slightly narrow from buttock to back, it fits and looks decent so I decided to keep.

Koodos to XPO the delivery company, I was a little hard on them because the box the couch came in was BEAT up and I was afraid it was going to have to be sent back. Not their fault, luckily for me the couch was not damaged. Love the couch and it looks great, you need 2 people to assemble it and be careful because the feet mounting screws were not all in the mounting package. Three of the 4 and washers were loose in the box because of the mishandling from the wherehouse to XPO. Cushions are firm but should break in over time, I don't mind them at all. It is a very nice looking couch and I have the matching chair 👍👍.

I purchased this sofa to match my new Lexicon Vega couch. I was worried the sofa would not fit and I would have to hoisten it over my patio balcony (like my prior sofa). However, the sofa was extremely lightweight and small enough to fit through my tight foyer entrance and up the stairs. I was surprised by how well packaged and built it is. I had no issues assembling it and looks great with my matching couch.

I love the couch but the back rest is missing the support brackets that slide I to the sofa and the arm rest have the exact same bracket as the ones on the sofa making it impossible for them to slide into each other. Would love to be able to contact the manufacturer to have the missing and incorrect pieces sent to me.
