The characters of Elephant and Piggie are so lovable, and the humor keeps my son entertained every time we read it. The illustrations are simple yet expressive, making it easy for kids to follow along. This book is a wonderful addition to any child's collection, and we both enjoy reading it together. Highly recommend!

My daughter loved to read Mo Willems books when she started Kindergarten. The stories are very funny, and it’s great for tandem reading, too! I can highly recommend it to every parent with a kindergartener.

Wonderful read with chapters!

The Elephant and Piggy books are a great way to get young children to start reading. The funny way Mo Willems deals with the dilemmas can be very funny. The characters are drawn with an incredible ability to express their feelings and thoughts. The short sentences, and repeated vocabulary, helps young readers gain confidence with word recognition. I also think this book could be useful to students learning english as a foreign langauge.The Biggies volumes are a cost effective way of getting 5 of the Elephant and Piggie stories. For this gain the biggie books are a little large and heavy for young hands to hold though.Highly recommended bedtime reading for young children and parents.

You can't go wrong with Elephant & Piggie! These Biggie volumes make great birthday gifts. I like to keep one on hand for when classmate birthday parties pop up.
