Necessary to setup ac unit

I bought this to read wet bulb temperature, rather than using a “wet sock” temperature probe when checking our ac units. It made a big difference in the time it took to do the job. I checked its accuracy using the temperature and humidity readings from the Nest thermostats and it was within limits.Also, because it has a regular temperature mode, I was able to use this for the outdoor dry bulb temperature.I’d buy this again even if it gets broken or quits working.

This is worthless. Literally could barely detect a change between my room temp of about 79 degrees and my freezer. It verrry slowly started to lower the detected temp. Also, the display is un viewable when the device is vertical, you HAVE to tilt it to see it.

Display is mediocre but functional. If looking at the display straight-on, displayed data is not clear or crisp. Must hold product at an angle to see the data displayed crisp and clear. Difficult to read when back-lighting is off.
