I'm just a normal person that saw this online and ordered it. It works well like promised. I don't use any soap with it, I just wet it and rub all of my skin (except my face). It is a bit rough but my dead skin pills and rinses off easily. Then I use my body wash. It has helped make my skin feel smooth and has gotten rid of back acne.Four out of five stars because I tried to wash these in the washing machine and they pretty much fell apart.
