Ok I am a knife hound. Most times I purchase its an unseen item. In the past I have been happy or sad . You may know how this feels. This knife I bought hoping it was a real hand made item. Ok The interesting. It had what looked like two areas of rust that were looking like a problem. So I got some WD 40 and buffed it out with a wire brush. It now looks fine as it was supposed to . I think it was excess oil used in storage that started to rust. However this is a cool knife. I think its an excellent boot knife/ dagger. I have not thrown it yet and will soon. I usually throw tomahawks. I love this knife all the way around other than the scare of it being rusted up. The sheath is very good quality leather. It has that heavy leather feel. It is an old school design that functions as it should. Im looking at the axe now . Lol Thanks , Bob T

It was to thick as well as wide and short the weight was there just no point to penatrate. I wouldn't recommend this knife for throwing.

The knife is a fine product. The only reason I am only giving this 4 stars is that the knife was very rusty when I received it and it will take some cleaning to get the rust off. Other than that, I would certainly purchase it again. It is well made and so is the sheath.

Great knife needs resharpning but very good

My boyfriend loved this. It is beautifully crafted and a great piece for his collection. I plan on purchasing more from this company as Christmas presents this year!

Blade came with sharp edges, and rust on the blade. The leather on the handle lasted about five throws or so before breaking apart. Cleaned the rust off, oiled the blade, and pulled the leather off and she's a 5 star piece.

OK, probably would not recommend.
