As appears in the picture, but it it is not what I would call non-adhesive
Appearance wise it is just exactly as the picture shows. Where the ad says non-adhesive, I assumed static cling, wrong. To install you have to wet your window, then peel a thin film off the sticky side of the vinyl, and then work the sticky side of the vinyl onto your window, working out the water and air bubbles. Personally I have installed film in automobiles and in other houses, and peel and stick stuff was always called "adhesive film". The vinyl was still one inch short of covering the door side window in my 9' ceiling subdivision house with what I assume are stock windows, bummer. The vinyl does not cling on one inch along one end and for one inch in for 8 inches along along one side, I have no idea why, the rest is clinging normally. I had to use clear tape to hold down the not-cling areas.Follow up July 26,2016 - the company contacted me and offered me a refund or replacement "....if you revise the review....".
