My daughter opened up the wand and gave it a swish and it IMMEDIATELY broke. She was in tears on Christmas Day. I missed the deadline to return the item through Amazon, so I decided to contact the toy company directly via email and tell them what happened, and they immediately sent a replacement no questions asked. 5 Stars for service and response, and she loves the wand!

La varita es bonita pero estamos decepcionados porque se rompió el primer día. A mi hija se le cayó jugando, ningún golpe fuerte, lo típico de un niña jugando y se partió por la mitad. Calidad mala si no soporta una simple caída.

molto apprezzata quando è stata ricevuta, non è durata molto. La plastica non è particolarmente resistente, per il prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa che resistesse un po' di più al gioco

La baguette est belle et ressemblante. Il y a une lumière au bout et on peut changer pour plusieurs couleurs. Nous avons testé comme l'image de faire des dessins avec l'application. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé. Ce n'est pas pour les très jeunes enfants.
