I'm allergic to latex, so I highly doubt it's in there. Not sure about pcb, doesn't the box describe the materials used? I've bought these several times over the last 5 years and highly endorse them, best guard I've ever used.

Q: When I mold this, is it possible that I could pull the bonding off of my front tooth?

The thermoplastic over-the-counter guards such as the smartguard will not pull off 99.9% of bonding's including white fillings. It is possible however if your bonding is very weak or has a very weak Bond and on the incisal edges which do not have much tooth that it is bonded to. Otherwise you should be just fine.
