I saw a speed rope similar to this at another franchise location of my gym and I just knew I needed one. I found this one easily on Amazon and the price was right. I’ve used other speed ropes but this one is the best by far! The ease of adjusting the length is amazing and quick if you are in the middle of a workout. An extra screw is provided which is nice in case you lose them. I loved it so much, I purchased some for my members to use them at my gym also! The rope turns soooooo smoothly bc of the ball joint, it is a game changer. Lots of my members have gotten their first double unders since switching to these!

Rope is functioning well, only issue I've had is that the small diameter of the handles causes hand strain for me. Shouldn't be a big problem, intend to wrap handles in athletic tape to increase width.Otherwise, very happy so far, appreciate the extra collar and screw that secured the handle in place on rope.

Good rope for beginners. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone trying to do double unders or anything with speed as the rope is kind of light.

Overall, the sizing is not great for larger hands. I typically wear XL or XXL gloves, and I have to maintain a fairly firm grip to keep these from sliding out of my hand. It may better suit some with smaller hands. The construction and spin are good for the price point, but I find myself going back to cheaper plastic speed ropes with larger, tapered handles to reduce grip fatigue.

Nice but don’t use it outdoors, rips and causes the the wires inside to pop out and poke.

This is a quality jump rope, but read the directions! Make sure you tighten the screws with a screwdriver rather than with your hand. Many of these reviews would be better if they had used a screwdriver to tighten the screws.

The handles are good and spin smoothly. The rope is a bit cheap and flimsy. It’s not aluminum or nylon or leather. It’s this thin rubbery stuff that doesn’t fly through the air evenly. I also imagine (but don’t know for sure) that it would expand or shrink/get brittle depending on temperature.

Thought i would try these ropes as I do a lot of skipping (mostly double unders) The ropes are ok for single skips but I would not recommend if you are looking for a rope to do doubles or triples.
