i fell in love with these when they arrived ' the pencils sharp well (sort of), sometimes the tip of the pencils do break while sharpening (not very often), the freebie brush was horrible though, but when i started coloring with them my art looked bad, don't get me wrong i have seen awesome artworks with watercolor pencils but i guess idk how to color with them and i think i should better buy normal pencil colors, there are no good pencil colors on amazon.in though and those which are good are highly overpriced!! what a bummer. :/

The pencils are very soft..I got them at a discount from Amazon..These are water color pencils..so one can blend the colours with a slightly wet brush..You cannot blend with baby oil though..only use water for blending. I have recently started colouring and love these pencils..I do adult coloring as a hobby and passion.. these lady down well on Johanna Basford's colouring books.Edit: the biggest disadvantage is that there are no number or name on the pencil.. if you have used Derwent inktense or Prismacolor pencils or Polychromos you will understand how important numbers and names are on pencils if you want to know which pencils you used for each item you colored.. I like to swatch each color pencil before I use them.. Because pencils very look different on paper than what they look in the case . But without any number or name it is impossible to swatch these.. That's is why I have taken away a few stars..

A must have , a level lower than The Prismacolour Premiuim so i must say it's a must have for a starter at pencil colouring and the end product is almost identical to the prismaoclour pencil effect , just know how to use them it's the skills which matter not the product :) .
