Q: by mistake i used bleach on black sweatshirt,can i use this product to fix the sweatshirt

Unfortunately, it is difficult to cover up bleach perfectly. That being said, the Dye-Na-Flow is a good option because it does not create the plastic feeling surface that many fabric paints have and you do not have to mess with dying the whole thing. I would recommend slightly feathering the paint out onto the unbleached area to help blend it in. Be sure to set it with your iron once it is dry to prevent it from washing out.

Q: Is it transparent white color ? Can i used the white color on dark surface?

Not for me. I painted a white lamp shade to red. Opaque was the result, and beautiful.

Q: Can it be used in concrete ??

I don’t think so. It is meant for fabric.
