This has given me my life back. Even with low dose HTR I was having nauseating hot flashes and was flipping my soaking wet pillow multiple times at night. Soy or black cohosh haven't worked well for me in the past. I still get hot flashes with some sweating, sweat heavily when in high temps or with exertion, and I have to have my thermostat a couple degrees lower than I used to, but it's no longer debilitating. I don't feel like throwing up and the number of hot flashes daily are greatly reduced. I rarely have a wet pillow anymore. Emotionally I also feel SO much more steady and like myself. Perimenopause isn't fun, but now I think I just might be okay. Took about 5 days to start getting relief so I could at least function, and by the time I got to my second bottle I was seeing solid results. This is such a cheaper option than every other natural thing I'd looked into. If you've never heard of facial antiperspirant lotion, look it up. Between that and this pill, I think I'll survive this!

I decided to try Life Extension Menopause Relief (Siberian Rhubarb) because I wanted a hormone-free option for menopausal symptoms. I appreciate that it’s non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegetarian, and the brand is generally reliable. After using it consistently, I did notice some mild improvement, particularly with hot flashes and overall mood stability, but the effects were not dramatic. It helped take the edge off symptoms rather than providing strong or complete relief. Night sweats were slightly reduced, but not eliminated. The tablets are easy to take and gentle on the stomach, which is a plus. However, if you’re experiencing more intense menopausal symptoms, this supplement alone may not be enough. Overall, it does help a bit, especially for milder symptoms or as part of a broader supplement routine, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations. It may work better for some women than others.

I was so happy I had found a supplement that actually worked for me. After taking for a month all of my hot flashes, joint pains and mood swings went away. These were the best thing ever! They used to be called 731 and were very very tiny. Now they are 3 x’s the size!!! Well over the last month my symptoms have all returned so the new formula is not the same and certainly not effective at all. On top of that, my last order all had weird raised bubbles on them as seen in the photo. I called the phone # on the bottle and the representative was not concerned. She said they should be a creamy color and larger since they changed the formula. But the bumps/bubbles were probably moisture or heat got into it but they should be fine. Well I was not fine with how they looked so I called amazon and they refunded me as a precaution. But I am sad that this formula has changed and is not helping any longer. Just an FYI I have switched to Estro**n Complete + Ashwagandha and it seems to be helping already. Hopefully this helps someone else who is as disappointed as me.
