I’m an LMT “ licenses massage therapist”. Meaning I’m in a carpeted room at one job then a hardwood at the other. The only problem I have with this prosaic is the wheels. I’m not a lite man I’m 6-0 280-290 plus palling pressure at different points. So to answer your question I get a heavier caster wheel assembly at my local hardware store. So to answer the question yes it’s rates to 300 lbs and yes I use this and apply force through this product making it over 300lbs. YES I FEEL THE WHEELS GIVEN ARE NOT RATED FOR THE CHAIRS USE THERE CHEAPLY MADE the wheels not the Chair which has saved my back a ton.
