Fantastic for beginners
What a brilliant little plane! I took it out to the local park with my 10 yo and we had a blast! Neither of us had flown an RC plane before and it was a really great experience. No hard crashes, but no smooth landings either. The propeller popped off on the rough landings, like it's meant to. I agree with the other reviewer that said that you're likely to lose them and they are hard to replace (because of their bespoke fitting). I also painted ours a bright orange to help locate them. The gyro works really well, we flew at the 'beginner' setting most of the time. I switched to intermediate, which let me do a loop-the-loop. On the advanced setting it was pretty bad, most likely due to my lack of experience. It's quite a small plane and there was a bit of wind today, but it still flew ok. Definitely wouldn't take it out on a windier day. Despite its size you still need a fair bit of space...think football field or a large park rather than garden. Overall, very happy, would definitely recommend to absolute beginners.

Excellent Fun!
My first RC plane at the age of 63! Wish I had started sooner. This is great value at the price, 2 extra propellers and 2 batteries.Flying time is not too long, I get about 5 minutes at mostly full throttle from each, and one battery is noticeably more powerful than the other. The plane is very very stable in beginner mode, and after about half hour flying time I was looping the loop in intermediate mode.Beware, you need more room than you think to fly. I thought I was competent enough yesterday to take it to the smaller, closer park, and ended up climbing a tree to retrieve the plane. Well worth the effort, I have already ordered an ME109 for when I improve a bit more.

Expensive but sturdy
Its been about 6 months since I bought it. The landing gears last about 30 flights and gears and battery need to be maintained a lot but was expected from the hobby. My 16 year old son loved it, be cautious though the batteries last about 10 minutes in minimum power and about 4-5 minutes in full power

Disappointing
The media could not be loaded. This was the most wanted present from Santa. A big disappointed to find that the black wire was much shorter and not attached to the battery, so tjis cannot be used. The extra one was good at least. All this aeroplane could do was short runs, not able to fly more that 10 cm height for a couple of seconds. Each trial ended by loosing the propeller. Sometimes did not start, like no connection with the remote. We have to adk for a refund and we don't know how to teturn it, as my son believes it came from Santa.

Bloody brilliant For a 9 year old beginner.
My son is 9 and can handle this no problem. It’s got enough oomph to be fun, but very controllable for a wee lad. We’ve had a lot of fun since Christmas. He crashed it into the house, it bounced off and kept flying, so it’s pretty durable too. Not quite enough power to do a loop the loop, but ideal for starting off.

Cheap and wonderful
For the price this plane did every thing I could hope. Crashed many times but the plane is tough.I wonder if it will survive more than 10-20 trips out but at the price it is brilliant.Big tip only fly it on a very still day it is very hard to fly in even light wind. Esp at the start. The 6 axis gyro makes learning easy the stabilization is impressive.
