Have to say one of the best Mushroom supplement I have ever bought. Feel so good after taking, although be aware of individual tolerence as their daily intake is 2 capsules a day, but each to their own. Works effectively for me and I take only 1 a day. Got complimented about my hair and skin looking better after 3 weeks consuming it. I also feel much better and more alert during the day.

Great value for money since you get a three month supply. It’s a complete all round mushroom product and since I started off just on the lions mane, I’m happy to be getting a more inclusive set of mushroom components for better health. Will get again.

Took 3 pills.
So I have taken the recommended 2 pills for ages and saw mild improvements, nice but nothing extreme.However, for the first time last night at 9pm took 3 pills ... Probably wasn't the best idea, so note to every take them in the morning.Why? Because I went to bed at 10pm then woke up at 1am feeling great but obviously it's far to early to be awake 🤣You will see a difference on 3 pills even though it's not the recommended serving.That being said, if you are taking these for anxiety then my advice is to take a high dose of purely Lions Mane - it's been a literally wonder pill for my sister (who doesn't take this brand mind you) but if you want energy and a 1 stop shop, then this could be the product for you.
