I’ve been using Carlson Cod Liver Oil for a while now, and I can really tell the difference. It’s easy to take, doesn’t have a strong fishy taste, and feels high quality. I like knowing I’m getting my omega-3s and vitamins A & D in one supplement. This has become part of my daily routine and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing.

I like both traditional supplements that have been taken over time and complex over refined.
I've been taking them for years along with Salmon oil Omega-3s. I prefer capsules to the old fashion teaspoon method. Capsules don't have taste issues either. Cod liver and Salmon oil are more complex than refined Omega-3s. That is why I chose them.

I've been taking these Carlson Cod Liver Oil Gems for about 6 months now and I'm really happy with them. The softgel capsules are a good size - not too big to swallow but substantial enough that you feel like you're getting a proper dose. What I appreciate most is that there's virtually no fishy aftertaste, which was a problem I had with other brands.
