Hatch MC70-1-J-UNNU Electronic MH Metal Halide Ballast, M98, 70W, 120/277V

I needed to convert my old lamp post to a metal halide rather than the older mercury vapor type, so I needed a ballast to get the job done.After a lot of looking, I settled on the Hatch brand, as efficiency was good and just about as important as anything they are very compact - and I don't need separate capacitors / ignitors or other hardware as this is a digital ballast.I am working with limited space inside of my lamp post, so this really worked out nicely being nice and small. Mounting was easy, and wiring diagrams that were provided were clear. It's been running well for many months, so I have no complaints.If I had any other HID lighting needs, I'd for sure consider Hatch again.
