My longray sp4 sprayer didn't come with the extra rings it was supposed to come with it.

Hose leaks by the nozzle- added extra o-ring seem to stop the leak - good so far

After buying 2 cheap plastic pump sprayers in a row that were dis-functional right out of the box, I decided to bite the bullet and go for quality like my grandpa would've done. I think I got what I paid for. I only just got it, so I can't speak for durability with any evidence, but if I have to guess by the appearance of the parts and the tolerances they seem to be built to, I'm thinking I got what I paid for, which is the last sprayer I'll have to buy. I expect this to last the rest of my life. Quality over quantity folks. 2025 Update. I've now been using these sprayers for 5yrs. I had to replace one gasket once in that time. They still work great! Quality beats quantity and in the long run comes out cheaper. Want to invest in quality? I do. I highly recommend this sprayer.

After many years of buying and replacing the cheap big box store sprayers I decided to bite the bullet and buy a stainless sprayer. This sprayer is worth the cost, all stainless including pump mechanism,handle, wand. No plastic junk here. Best sprayer I have used in the last 15 years by far. I liked this one gallon so much that I decided to purchase the 2 gallon as well. Both sprayers perform flawless.

I love so much about this sprayer. We purchased it to replace one of many sprayers we use a few times a year, and usually for less than 2 gallons per year. We know how to use sprayers, are careful with seals, joints, over tightening, over pressuring, etc. Unfortunately, since the very first day we purchased this sprayer, it has leaked horribly. Candidly, realizing most of the well designed fittings were just barely over hand tightened, we figured it was that. A month after purchasing, I tightened snugly with appropriate tools but not too tight. Working with pneumatics and sprayers all my life, this was nothing new. Well, after the first tighten, it did leak all over my hand, I thought maybe it was just residual poison and didn't worry about it. Today, I revisited all of the seals and joints. None are overtightened or under tightened. Not seem ruptured. When spraying, I DID NOTICE the hose, where it connects to the handle, leaks with movement. Surely, I checked the fitting tightness and seal. Seems in perfect condition. Yet, at just about any level of (low) pressure, 10-25 PSI, it leaks content all over my hand. This particular stainless sprayer is used for very stout pesticides spot spraying. It is NOT the kind of compound I want running down my hand and dripping over my fingers. I hope, given the fact that it has only been used 3 times and for a total of less than 3 tanks full, the manufacturer will properly replace the small hose, demonstrating that the most basic use of this expensive sprayer is worthy and I wasn't better off purchasing a $18 Home Depot special as my wife directed me to do. I'll keep all updated. Good luck.

The product was of high quality. It looked good headlights. Gages on the stream spray was good and adjustable and held as pressure for a while therefore fewer pumps needed to get to product out used it to spray. My house to prevent the bugs from coming in great product.

I usually have to buy a new plastic sprayer every year. This well made and performed very well. Easy to use and I don't expect to be replacing it soon
