perfect for a chiffon cake
its great just keep in mind that its a big pan so make sure u adjust your recipie accodingly since more recipies are for a 7inch pan

Exactly what I was looking for
The pan came quickly with no damage. It’s lightweight but my angel food cake came out easy and perfect. Love the little prongs to rest the cake upside down. Not super easy to clean but the cake is worth it.

The pan worked perfectly and baked up a beautiful tall moist perfectly textured Chiffon cake!
I will be purchasing more of these pans for my bakery. The easy to clean and lightweight pan makes a perfect tall cake. One leg was bent during delivery but was easily straightened with a finger as the metal is very light. A very good buy for under $20.

Es muy practico de buen tamaño solo que es un poco fragil se deforma si lo aprietas de hecho llego con algunas abolladuras pero nada que no se pudiera arreglar

Makes a Beautiful Angel Food Cake
Many reviews say this pan arrived bent and leaks at the bottom. Mine was in perfect condition and did not leak. ( I set a rimmed pan underneath it just in case, but it was not necessary) I made the most beautiful, light, high angel food cake with a Betty Crocker Angel Food cake mix. I was very pleased!! Just follow the directions on the package, and don't grease the pan. There are also simple videos online to demonstrate the easy way to remove your cake from the pan after baking. Perfect!! I highly recommend this angel food cake pan.

DETALLE
El molde traía una pequeña abolladura, y como es en dos partes, esto genera que se escurra un poco la masa al ponerla sobre el molde, ya que no sella bien del todo.
