I use it all the time.

This does what it is supposed to do without drying out your hair and leaving it feeling “stripped.” The only drawback is the tube it comes in -you have to be patient and apply lots of pressure to tube to get the shampoo to come out.

Didn’t do much for me. Left my hair a little stiff. I gave 3 stars because it did make flat irioning a little easier. Would I do again nope. I have 3b and 3c hair.

so far so good used it prior to the Keratin treatment as suggested
