I got this exerciser to strengthen my jaw muscles, I don't really have any expectation that it's going to change my appearance. For whatever reason one side of my jaw has a much more developed muscle, so I got this with the hope of balancing it out, due to having an issue with the weak side feeling "loose", it's hard to explain. Anyway, this seems to work well. It makes my jaw muscles burn with the effort and I notice that they are getting stronger, especially the weaker side. I did have to get used to them as they were making me gag at first. I've learned to swallow a few times with them between my teeth when I get the urge to gag seems to prove to my brain that they aren't choking me. No complaints.

I have tested a lot of other jaw risers but this one is the best. It is efficient, easy to use and extremely effective. Worth the money.

I do this several minutes a day or every other day until it's really hurting my jaw muscles, and then I stop. Think that it is the best jaw trimmer that I have used so far. Seems like a lot of money for two smallish pieces of very tough rubber, but as it seems to be working, totally worth it. Recommend it for people who are serious about reshaping their face to look more firm and youthful. For both men and women. I have a latex allergy, but no reactions from this - not totally sure what it's made of. Pleased & hopeful so far. 😃 it IS a workout for those muscles.

I decided to get this jaw exerciser because I think it could help me get a more define jaw look.I tried it and it feels comfortable and with the right amount of softness and resistance. So good so far.I will update my review in a few weeks since I am planning to use it twice a day. Let’s see what the results will be 😉

If you put these in your mouth and do the exercise you will be covered with your own drool the holes in the product allow for saliva to build up and squeeze out while your exercising not worth the money buy chewing gum instead.

Easy to use

I’ve only been using this item for a short time but I can see and feel the muscles in my face being active. I do have an issue with my gag reflex as I’m using it which prevents me from completing the exercise for the recommended amount of time, so that may be something for you to consider before purchasing.
