Very well made, metal is heavy and sturdy. Looks amazing on our newly painted home. We added this and removed our post, very modern with a vintage feel. Couldn’t have chosen a better mailbox for our renno project. Neighbors have given many compliments and we couldn’t be happier!

The mailbox is exactly as pictured; it's stylish and reasonably secure. The mailbox is not Fort Knox, but would deter the average thief. It seems that the paint will hold up to weather over time. The lid edges are sharp and care must be taken when opening - probably not suitable for folks with thinner skin. Also the key is difficult to insert into the keyhole. Once key is inserted, locking and unlocking is easy/reliable. Comes with 4 keys which was nice for family use and saved a trip to the hardware store.

This mailbox looks amazing even better than in the pictures. However the way it opens and closes when u unlock it is very cumbersome. The edges are also very sharp. They should probably think of lining the inner edges with silicone or something because the top of the mailbox just falls down when u let it go. There is no slow close hinge or anything. The edge could easily cut your hand.Basically you can’t really lock the mailbox back while holding your mail. It’s always a 2 hand job to lock the mailbox back to insure you don’t hurt yourself.However as long as you can get used to these quirks you will definitely have one of the best looking mailboxes on the block 🙌🏾🙌🏾. I’m very happy with the look

Great mailbox. Comes with mounting hardware are 4 keys. Excellent quality and fast shipping.

The mailbox looks so good and sleek when we got it installed. However, it doesn’t hold up to two main aspects any mailbox should have: (1) ease of retrieving mail - the top lid falls on the key (or your hand) while you’re unlocking it making it challenging since you need one hand to keep the top lid open, while the other needs to unlock and manage the front lid. I’ve tried changing its angle somewhat to lean back but it still falls (2) a mailbox should keep the mail dry during rain. For the past several weeks, during the rainy season here, we’ve been retrieving soaked mail from the mailbox. Even if we ignore or work with (1), (2) is a deal breaker. We’ll be looking for replacing this mailbox with something that will protect the mail from the elements. I really wish this mailbox worked well since it does look really nice. Two stars for looks if the issues I listed are not deal breakers for others.

The mail box is really stylish but came rusted already with damages. I returned it for another one of the same. I hope it doesn’t come damaged too.

Expected the product to be more substantial and was a bit disappointed at how flimsy it seemed to be. It is functioning fine, so appears to be fit for purpose. It just doesn't feel like quality for the price.

Pros- Looks great, professional. I'm just starting a Construction and Home Improvement company and the lockbox is perfect.Cons- Uses thin gauge of steel. Suggest 1 gauge thicker. Charge $20 extra but will make a huge difference- Came with scratch on inside. Charge a few bucks more and coat the inside as well- The rotating key slot tolerance is too low. I will have to mount a spacer on the slot, right now the front of the mailbox is moving around. This is a deficiency. Your QA department should be audited- Add thicker rubber stoppers to lid instead of what's currently there. It is doing absolutely nothing. Again, how did this pass QA check?
