OsterBuffet Server Warming Tray | Triple Tray, 2.5 Quart, Stainless Steel

Got this a few months ago for the reason that i am going to use it for Christmas. Now i am using it for the first time for christmas eve and it did not disappoint. Food were kept warm without getting burnt and i received and unbox this gem without any defective parts. Love love love it! Would recommend! Good price. You get what you paid for. Only downside is that the trays are quite shallow but still served its purpose.

Beware, this product does not keep food out of the TDZ, or temper danger zone. This means that it doesn't get hot enough (60 degrees Celsius) to stop bacterial growth. Not impressed.UPDATE: I got a better thermometer. This heats up to 65 Celcius which is JUST outside of the TDZ. This means it is safe to use. It could still be better, but it is JUST sufficient.

Bufetera con tres compartimentos para mantener los alimentos calientes, ya que su material es de acero inoxidable, se calienta la plataforma y encima puedes colocar las tres piezas con diferente comida, por lo que los alimentos se mantienen calientes durante todo el tiempo que se ocupe, son ideales para una reunión con amigos o una pequeña fiesta, preparando varios guisos para los invitados, si le caben mucha comida y con su tapa de plástico transparente ayudan mucho, lo malo es que en la imagen se ven las tapas con un plástico manteniéndolas en su lugar, en realidad no vienen así.

I looooove this! I used it for a poutine bar at a Canadian citizenship party! Fries in two trays, gravy in one (Curd on the side.) everything stayed warm, and did not dry out. We’re going to get a lot of use out of it.

Los alimentos deben estar ya calientes para que cumpla su función; una ventaja es que pueden calentarse directamente en el horno en las bandejas que contiene. En el primer uso una de las bandejas se manchó con el alimento, son delicadas y además deben lavarse con esponja para no rayarlas. En general es buen precio y cumple con su función.
