Sid Meier's Memoir!: A Life in Computer Games

Skips over some games, which is a shame, but still worth a read if you are a fan of his games.

Easy to read and full of interesting titbits about Meier's career in gaming.

I really enjoyed reading about the man and his work as it evolved over the years from punch cards to consoles. “Games should be fun”

My son gives this a 9/10 .

The content of this book is very good, although a lot lighter on detail than I was expecting. Its quite a fast pace trip through Sids life via his games.I've.mm marked it down a star because the page setting is awful. For an ebook that costs over £10 it appears no thought has gone into how it looks on screen. Very disappointing and it definitely reduced the reading experience.
