You can instantly see, feel, and smell the quality of the leather. And it holds up excellently to wear and tear. The internal compartments are very well thought out and provide more space than one would expect for a bag of this size. The customer service by Bosca is truly exceptional. When I bought this bag it came with a lifetime warranty. I decided to send the bag in to replace some pieces for zippers and footers. I was blown away when 2 weeks later I received a completely new bag from Bosca! Worth every penny and more! Well done by Bosca!

Easily scratches. Sever gouges in polished surface after one use. Maybe it will build “character” over time, but, it seems like the finish should be more durable on a bag of this price. UPDATE: AFTER ONE YEAR, A SHOULDER STRAP LOOP BROKE. BAG IS NOW VIRTUALLY USELESS TO ME. IT WAS NOT OVERLOADED; I ONLY CARRY A MS SURFACE AND ASSORTED OFFICE SUPPLIES. ABSOLUTELY A PIECE OF TRASH AT THIS PRICE. DO NOT BUY. TRUST ME, DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL BE BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED.

Bought this for Hubby's new work bag. Was contemplating the purchase because the price is a lot higher than I was expecting to pay. But after seeing this bag at Nordstrom and at another store in my mall, I decided to go for it and let me tell you, this bag does not disappoint! Besides being completely beautiful (the leather is so shiny, yet looks almost vintage) it is absolutely functional fitting his laptop and whatever else he drags to work and on his flights-- he especially likes that it fits very nicely underneath the seat in front of him. Even after a year of everyday use and hauled around the world it is not showing signs of abuse. The leather and hardware still look great. The only place we are seeing some use is the handles are fraying on the edges, and the shoulder strap padding (underneath side that goes against the shoulder) is pilling.

Great bag! It's supposed to be for lawyers or office personel but I use it as my patrol bag and it works perfect. Who said police officer's don't have style?!

Best product on the market for class, quality and appearance. The craftsmanship is excellent and everyone who see's it admires it.

This vegetable tan leather…..handle tore after two days…..definitely not worth the price
