The Hill We Climb: An Inaugural Poem for the Country

This beautifully written poetry given is clear whey the writer is the youngest nominated Poet Laureate. The words are deep felt, to the point, and clear the message. It is timeless and on time for today's readers no matter the age. It reflects so much in such a tiny book (printed) and have considered this a keepsake.

I enjoyed the content of the poem, the unfinished work building a nation from all these diverse groups of people. It takes courage and hope for us to work together to hold the country in peace and not in pieces.

My granddaughter feels she can become anything. The book is beautiful.

Loved the poem, Amanda Gorman is a star, but the book was very thin and expensive.
