Hero Arts LL375 Ink 'n' Stamp Wood Sets, Bugs

Exactly what I was looking for - tiny, mostly realistic insect stamps. Yes, five of them are beetles, but there are a lot of different beetles in the world, so I have no complaints. I like that most of them are realistic (although one bee stamp and one butterfly are a bit more cartoony). They come with a small black ink pad, which I haven't tried yet. I am an adult, but I had a lot of fun with their sea life stamp set as a kid and still use it, so if your kid is into miniature things it may still be a good bet.

These are cute to use. I don't really like bugs at all but it's a live hate relationship. I couldn't pass them up though. I had to get just because of the dragonfly. I use body paint to apply to my skin.

It would be better if these were polymer stamps. It is hard to line up perfectly. Also, ink gets on the sides which can ruin your scene.

These stamps are very small. When pressed they average to about the size of a dime. It worked to my advantage for what I needed them for. Very cute designs too.

I used these stamps for scrapbooking/junk journaling. They are exactly what I was looking for to create my own ephemera.

Ordered these for my childcare. They are small enough for my little ones hands and they live stamping there letters with them. You will need a bigger ink pad for multiple uses. Other wise great buy!

I wish I would have read the reviews for these before I bought them but I figured "how can you go wrong with bug stamps right?" Well, the picture is misleading. These stamps are SO SMALL!! Ordered them for a little boy who likes bugs and art. I'm sure he would have enjoyed various sizes or at least bigger than dime sized bugs! Lesson learned. Read reviews on EVERYTHING.
