This is a great price for this unit and it was easy to replace the existing unit. I shopped around for the best price for this unit and this was the best I found.

No custormer service
Package was damaged upon delivery, no communication with the vendor on how to send back and get a new product. Disputed with credit card company. I will not pay for a damaged product! Bummer.

Original Factory Part and Packaging
The market seems to be flooded with these and all are priced about the same. Since this is my first ever purchase of a transfer roller, I have no basis for comparison. Everything seemed to be original factory (part and packaging). Delivery was within the time frame quoted and the part worked better than my ten year old one (that I have removed and cleaned more times than I care to recall). I have absolutely no complaints.
