Yamajirushi Yuzu-it Yuzu Pepper Sauce 5z

I first tasted this in Disney world in Epcot at the Japanese steak house. I ordered the grilled salmon and this came with it on the side. I loved it so much that I asked the chef to show me the product.He brought out the bottle from the kitchen. Not an easy sauce to find so I reorder constantly from Amazon. It's not overly hot, more citrus and tangy. I put it on everything, eggs, chicken, meat!!!

Yuzu is a sour citrus fruit from Japan and this hot sauce takes it to another level! Tangy and sour, with full depth of flavor and some gentle heat. I enjoy it on grilled meats, fish, rice, etc..

We learned about this sauce at Teppan Ido at Epcot in Orlando. I got on Amazon and ordered it after our server told me what it was!

Hard to explain, and I love the Yuzu hot sauce from Japan, sometime w/ Trader Joes brand. This has a weird chemicaly taste. I went w/ my instincts and threw it away.

Otherwise this is a phenomenal product. The first time I had Yuzu Kusho was at a very fancy sushi restaurant. I've bought other products thinking they would be similar, but they were always too salty and not tangy enough. This product is much closer to that! Goes great with sushi and many other things!

I love this stuff - it's the perfect combination of tartness and heat. I'm looking forward to trying this with all sorts of stuff.

I really enjoy it. The lime taste with it goes a long way.
