Got this thinking every eyeliner does about the same thing and could substitute my regular drugstore eyeliner - no, unfortunately. It's not awful but I won't be using it as an everyday item. If you're new to eyeliner and worried about messing up, this is a good first step because it can be manipulated more easily than other eyeliners since it takes a while to dry.If you're not new, it's probably not for you (unless you're on a tight budget). As I said, it takes a while to dry. On top of that, the staying power is questionable and rubs off fairly quickly if you just rub your eyes without remover or water involved. It's not going to melt off your face in an instant but don't expect any miracles from longevity. And if it wasn't clear before - it's not the best for smudging either. Personally, I'll spend the extra $5 to get an eyeliner that works significantly better next time.

I've used a similar product from ELF before and it seems as if they've changed the formula? This is fine, but I find it doesn't go on as smooth.It also has a strange texture when it dries. Like, it's very tactile and dry, I can feel it pulling when i move my face around. It comes off in chunks and is sometimes more difficult to get off than an average (non waterproof) eyeliner.I'm sticking with Wet n Wild next time, I find the quality to be better for basically the same price.
