I loved this thing... while it lasted. I used it to charge my watch, phone, and baby monitor every night. It was very convenient as an all-in-one solution for charging. However, one night I put my watch and phone on to charge and nothing happened. I checked the blue led and it wasn't lit. Tried different outlets, cables, everything. It was completely dead.I was SO disappointed by this because I seriously loved this thing, and it looks like it can't even be replaced anymore. Still can't believe it failed so suddenly without warning. I even had it plugged into a quality surge protector. I'm guessing it just had a faulty fuse in there or something that was destined to fail.

Starts making noise after a couple months. It's not loud but this is on my nightstand which is annoying while I try to sleep.I love the product design but it has started to make noise over the last couple days. While it's not loud, it's still annoying as I try to sleep.UPDATE - Oittm customer service is awesome! They contacted me and helped me out. At first I didn't response but they were persistent to make sure I was satisfied. Thank You.

When this product was working it worked flawlessly w/o interruption. I paid $30 so I would expect it to last more than three years. Is that unreasonable? I don't think so. It wasn't handled harshly. It stayed on my nightstand unbothered.

I was looking for a way to declutter my nightstand while offering me the option to charge my phone, watch, and other devices. What I love is this product holds/charges my watch conveniently on the top/tray in nightstand mode. Most watch stands don't let you take advantage of this feature. Pro Tip: I bought some 1ft charging cables to charge other devices that I wouldn't need to access while in bed. Each night I charge my phone, watch, iPad, and an external battery easily and with no wire clutter!

The product was exactly as described where the charging cable (bought separately) can be coiled inside the case, the watch sits conveniently on top of the case and additional devices can be plugged into the base via USB port. You do need to make sure you coil the charging cable tightly so you're not popping up the lid of the case, but that is more of a FYI.

Had it for a few months now, works great! Be sure to look at your watch when you put it down, sometimes it doesn't catch the magnet and I wake up in the morning to find it not charged

It works as advertised. I do like that it hides the super long charging cable, but does make a faint sound when charging USB devices. It could also do with a little more weight. It's plastic and moves all over the place when handling the attached devices.

Clever product, but you have to purchase the charging device in addition. i wish the storage portion was larger. Otherwise works fine.
