I bought these as a replacement for Shan. Worth every penny. The taste of prepared food is unbelievably good. If you are from Delhi and know the flavor of Babu Shai Bawarchi near Pragati Maidan... this is as close as you can get to that.

Genuine Hakim’s masala

I tried this for the first time for making mutton dum biryani. I used Ranveer Brar Kolkata biryani recipe with this Hakim biryani masala and the aroma was just awesome. I marinated the meat overnight in this masala & curd.Just to let you know the range of the aroma, my wife was in the bedroom with AC on & doors closed. My Bluetooth earphones were crackling as I was in the kitchen ( just to give you the idea of distance) after 3-4 minutes of opening the dum lid of the biryani pot, she came out from the bedroom to kitchen asking if the biryani is ready, as she could smell it.This is the feedback of the masala. Follow the recipe and you don't need any extra whole spices or salt everything is already added in the masala.It's just amazing, after so many months I was glad to find a perfect replacement for Shan Biryani Masala.

It gives a nice flavour to the dish

Seeing review ordered 6 pkts of hakim masala however it can’t compete with Shaan masala in taste or smell. it is little better than the other biryani masal available in market.

This is by far one of the worst and most tasteless biryani masala I've tried. Complete waste. Please do not buy this product.
