Easy Once You Learn to Use it
This is by far the best pooper scooper I’ve used. When my daughter was little I found one at a big box pet supply store. It was the same concept with the bag but it was shaped like an actual scoop. You had to bend down to scoop the poop. My daughter was young and it was easy for her to use so that’s what we had. I was so happy to find this one with the same concept except I don’t have to bend down. It took a few tries before I understood how to use it as it had slight differences to my original one. Theoretically you can hold it under your dog and catch the poop but our dog likes to poop privately so we never see him do it until we find it in the yard. Go figure. A couple of things I learned that helps immensely with the ease of using this tool. First, you can definitely use grocery store bags but you really need to secure them tightly. If you have a big dog the poop gets heavy in the bag and I got a little behind at picking up so I had some extra to do. If they aren’t secured tightly then they will come off of the part that does the scooping and you will have to remove the bag and start over. Second, on the scoop itself there are two blades. One side is for grass and the other side is for hard surfaces like concrete or road. I didn’t realize this at first and I was scooping with the wrong side. It got frustrating because it just didn’t work. Pay attention to the way you load your bag so that if you are scooping on grass, you have that side pointing up. It makes the tool work properly and it is so much easier. If you have a small dog with small poops, you will love this. It’s so easy to use for smaller piles. The hole is not super large so if have a bigger dog with bigger piles, it can be challenging if you manage to scoop the entire pile. You have to give it a good shake to get it to fall into the bag. The scoop is not completely free from getting dirty while in use. Unless you wrap the bag around the entire scoop area, the scoop is going to get dirty. It’s super easy to hose off though so it’s not a problem. All in all this is a great tool for a dirty job that no one wants to do. It’s well designed although I wonder about the long term sturdiness of it. I am hoping it will last for awhile. The plastic could be a bit stronger but it seems to hold up to heavy bags. The bags that it comes with are on the small side so I have found that I prefer a plastic shopping bag. If you have a dog or multiple dogs this is a great little pooper scooper. I recommend it.

Convenient and allot less mess
Extremely convenient and less gross than picking it up with the bag alone. Probably works better for bigger dogs , which I have, when catching the poo.

good product
Pretty good product! One minor issue I have with the product is the side of the hoops have these large plastic things that stick out. It's a design issue. The plastic parts are hollowed out, making the stick lighter and uses less plastic to make. That's great! BUT! It's also a little niche where poop can get stuck in if your dog does the poop-walk and your aim isn't spot on. Cleaning it out is a major pain, especially in the winter when your hose is frozen. Maybe get rid of all those little crevices where poop can get caught in GoGo Stik 2.0.

Wish I'd bought this years ago!
I have a bad back, to the point that I've needed multiple spinal fusion surgeries. I've been saying for years that I needed a pooper scooper, but rarely found one that could be used with a bag, and never one that wasn't a claw type, which just made me think it would be easy to accidentally open & drop on my own foot while walking my dog. In October 2021, I had another major surgery, which required incisions in spine, stomach & side. I was told I wouldn't be allowed to bend for at least 8 weeks, so finding a pooper scooper became a necessity. When I saw the listing for the Go-go stick, I was a little hesitant, thinking it was a little over priced for what it was & that it would be hard to pick up piles. I was wrong. This pooper scooper is great!! It's well made & sturdy, yet light weight, and has a telescoping handle. Because of the way it's designed, you really CAN catch the poo as your dog does his/her business (even with a dog like mine who is generally sensitive about his privacy while pooping!). Even if you don't catch the poo, it's easy enough to pick up from grass or concrete. There is a small learning curve, so the first few times may be a bit frustrating, but there are directions included, and after doing it a time or two, it's simple enough (though obviously not as simple as catching it before it hits the ground!). Regardless of how you've collected the poo, once you have it in the scooper, give it a little shake to get it to fall to the bottom of the bag, and... Tada! You're done! I've been using plastic grocery bags rather than designated poop bags & find they work just as well, if not better, than the included bags (which are nice, too). They're big enough to easily attach to go-go stick (also takes a bit of practice), and hold a lot of poo - easily 2-3 days worth in my case (obviously YMMV depending on size of dog & diet). If anything ever happened to my gogo stick, I'd buy a new one in a heartbeat! Tldr; It's well made, light weight, and incredibly easy to use, even on walks. It beats the claw type pooper scoopers by a mile!

Extension lock broke the 2nd day of use
It has a twist mechanism to lock it in place when it’s extended or retracted, but it stopped working tbe 2nd day of use. Otherwise it works as advertised for catch-&-go, but picking up poo from the ground is a challenge if the poo is anything but rock solid. Another improvement would be if they came in different sizes, such as for small, medium, large, & extra large dogs. The opening of the catch ring is a bit narrow for my Rottweiler who likes to walk as she poops. 😒 I used to stoop behind her & catch with a bag (always wearing gloves just in case), but this saves me from that awkward embarrassment. Sometimes her 💩 isn’t always solid, & those soft serve poos are VERY difficult to pick up once they hit the grass. This scooper can’t pick up the soft poo any better than I can manually.
