GiGwiChirping Bird Cat Toy, Interactive Cat Squeak Toy Melody Chaser Bird Play N Squeak Kitten Toy for Boredom

When I originally wrote this review (below), I gave it 4 stars because of the cost...... But after possessing a hedgehog for almost a year, and it still working perfectly- even after much cat abuse I decided to up the rating to 5 star despite the cost... These things are really nice.... The only disappointment I have come across is that all three bird styles make the same 3 alternating sounds instead of 3 unique sounds... Check out my video of the sound that each toy makes... note however that my videos are taken in landscape mode (as all videos should be) so hold your phone sideways for proper viewing if you're using a phone to view...------------------------------------------The following is my initial review: Four stars because of the cost being so salty but these Gigwi cat toys are apparently very nice and this hedgehog that I got has a great unique sound and the motion sensor for that sound is extremely sensitive to vibration and motion... And the cats love it (especially after I stash it in a jar of catnip pellets for a few days). If they didn't cost so much per unit I would purchase the entire fleet of Gigwi's kitty toys. Maybe one day I will!

I have the beetle and cricket. My oldest cat really loves the cricket and goes crazy. As for the beetle, he was freaked out at first because the noise is loud and sounds almost like a long, monotone cow moo. I definitely had to put it away at night compared to the cricket. Overall, this toy brand really seems to be my oldest's favorite!

For some reason, I was under the impression that this toy did more than light up - as I hardly call that “interactive.” I thought it would vibrate or move as well but it does not. The cats aren’t really interested in it.

This is so cute! It flaps its wings and makes noises. Our cat has truly enjoyed it especially at 2 am when everyone is sleeping!
