I wish if I could give zero star. If I got this case for free I wouldn’t even use it, In other word I wouldn’t spend a $10 on this case but for some reason it’s worth $249??!!!The main reason I gave this case 1 star is that the separate wallet that come with the case keeps coming out, every time I put the phone in my pocket I feel that I have 2 cases instead of one because like I said the case connector to the plastic wallet isn’t that strong to keep the wallet attached. The other reason is the case material which seems a vet cheap plastic. This case material is very slippery in hand so you can drop your precious new iPhone easy.

First off, I'd like to say that this thing looks like the price tag it's asking for. I love the volume and power buttons. It looks amazing from far away and definitely looks like a premium product. If that is ALL you want, you can go ahead and stop your search. This has by far been the nicest looking thing i have ever put on my phone.OK, so now that's out of the way, here is my take on this.form: 5/7 perfect score. (ok, if you didnt get that, its a 10/10)function: 3/10 not a perfect score. (based absolutely on no ranking system)My first two reactions. It's heavy... and the wallet hurts.*I get that its gonna be heavy. after a week of owning this, im kinda over coolness of it, and the heaviness kinda makes it annoying.* The wallet is a pain. Literally. It has some sharp plastic edginess to it. It's more annoying than the weight. If the edges were rounded off, and i didnt feel like it was rough and awkward on my hands, i would actually want to use this more. But since i dont, its not that great anymore. The wallet does slide in and out easily, and i really like how it functions, but it really is not the smoothest feeling wallet.* camera protector thing is meh. Its slides back and forth. Kinda has the feeling that its scratching the camera lenses because it is not a smooth sliding action.* the phone stand feels weak. Dont bend it to hard or it will snap off. Youre supposed to let it loose and set your phone down. hard to explain, but the older ones used to be springloaded. this one is not. So when you unsnap it, it will feel like its supposed to snap into an open spot, but it doesnt.* its kind of annoying having to unscrew and screw things and carrying around the case. But i only imagine having to do that if my phone got wet.Besides that, i dont really have anything else to say. It absolutely looks awesome. I just cant sit around knowing i spent this much on a case, and dont want to use half of it (the wallet).

I could not recommend this product. I was excited at first as this seems like a premium product and in some ways it is. The buttons for volume and that are prob the best Ive encountered. The first realization that this was not worth the money came when the card holder released unexpectedly while the phone was attached to my belt by the long clip that is attached to the card holder, sending my phone crashing to the ground, breaking my screen saver and badly scratching up the black metal phone case, which is silver underneath the black paint. That was after one week of use. I emailed Element to inquire about this and after hearing no response for almost 2 weeks, I called them. They found my email and said they would forward it on to the correct people and they would get back to me. After another week or so and another phone call someone finally emailed me saying they were still checking with the team to see what they should do. I then explained to them the card holder seemed to be defective as well as it will let 1 card fall out at times even while attached to the phone case. It rattles around in it. If you have 3 cards in it, it would detach from the phone unexpectedly. DO NOT trust the clip to hold your phone secure!! After about a month of waiting they shipped me a dusty card holder replacement, which is no different from the original faulty one. The spring in them are not good as they bend depending on how many cards you may put in them. If you put 3 in, you won't be able to go back to 1 card unless you get a pair of pliers and bend the spring to adjust it. Plus they did nothing for my scratched up phone case and my broken screen saver. Horrible customer service to go along with an extremely overpriced case that has major engineering flaws. After this experience, I wouldn't pay $50 for this case. My first and last purchase from this company.
