they are okay, i can say that i had pan in my hands i tuck 3 ginger and 3 tumeric of the same company, the pain eased for one hour and half, then another 3 of each, pain eased for two hours and that's the best i had.so i had to buy some ( ful spectrum curcumin ) it's expensive but works, this peak supps are value for the price. and we have what we pay, also i have to point the service was one of the best i ever hadThank you

I take these to help with the soreness I get after distance running. I really find that these help like a mild anti inflammatory.Edit. There used to be larger pack size available. I would like to see this back in stock if possible.

I've taken ginger supplements for years but this is the first time I've tried this brand. It's a good price for the quantity and strength. I bought the 180 tablet pack, take two a day and this will last me three months. They are larger than other tablets I've taken but you can still easily swallow them. I think the tablets are larger because of the concentration of ginger. I do believe everyone should take ginger, cinamon and garlic supplements for general good health. All three are found in abundance on Amazon so there are loads to try out.
